Images for Marketing – Chef’s Favourite Recipes 

1 ½ cups self raising flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2/3 castor sugar

60 g butter melted

1 egg

½ cup natural yoghurt

½ cup milk

3 rhubarb sticks (cut into small pieces)

Icing sugar

Preheat oven to 180

Mix flour, cinnamon, sugar.

Whisk butter, egg, yoghurt, milk together.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

Fold in slices of rhubarb

Put into greased patty tin and banke for 20-25 minutes.
