Moist Chocolate Cake

2 cups self raising flour

2 cups sugar

¾ cup cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 ½ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon espresso coffee

1 cup milk

½ cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup boiling water

Turn over to 180 C

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, Baking powder, baking soda, salt and coffee together.

Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla essence to flour mixture.

Then very carefully and slowly add the boiling water.

Bake for at least 35 – 40 minutes depending on your oven.

Test with a fork, when no mixture appears on fork then it is cooked.
