Images for Marketing – Chef’s Favourite Recipes 

150 g butter melted

1 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

½ cup plain flour

1/3 cup self raising flour

¼ cup cocoa

¾ cup coconut

Icing for top of Crunch

1 ½ cups of icing sugar

¼ cup cocoa

20 g butter

1 tablespoon boiling water

Coconut for decoration

 

Combine melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla essence,

Add plain flour, self raising flour, cocoa and coconut and combine.

Oven to 180 C and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Mix the icing ingredients together and when crunch is cool ice and sprinkle with coconut.
