1 clove garlic
½ cup butter
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup parmesan
2 tablespoons parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
1 large pinch of Italian seasoning
Pepper to taste
1 kilo chicken breast.
Mix garlic, melted butter.
In another bowl mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, salts, seasoning, pepper.
Cup chicken into small nugget shapes.
Dip chicken into butter then into seasoning.
Drizzle left over butter onto nuggets and bake at 200 for 15 minutes.
I put these onto Glad Bake Paper so they don’t stick.
