1 cup plain flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup coconut

125 g butter

2 tablespoons golden syrup

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons boiling water

Combine flour, sugar, rolled oats, coconut together.

Melt the butter and stir in golden syrup

Dissolve baking soda in the boiling water add to syrup mix.

Stir well and add into dry ingredients.

Place teaspoon amounts onto tray.  Press with fork to flatten.

Bake at 170 for 12 minutes
